John Slazyk and Stephen Gattoni founded Schnell Contracting Limited LLC in 1999 on the principle of furnishing quality restoration and waterproofing services to a specialized construction market.
Each partner brought building material sales experience to the new venture as they began to apply their service, reliability, and product performance knowledge to field applications. Fundamentals Slazyk and Gattoni learned in the sales market became the foundation of doing business in the construction arena. At Schnell Contracting Limited, we strive to deliver ongoing solutions to our customers’ waterproofing and restoration needs, while developing long-term relationships that go beyond individual projects. Over the years, we’ve cultivated a team approach to project management without losing sight of the hands-on attention that helped us become one of the premier waterproofing and restoration companies in the industry.
